Meeting Wednesday 20Th October

In the class meeting we have decided on the trend themes,

• Luxury- goddess
• Dressing up box
• Dark nouveau
• All woman
• Man up
• Primal instinct

As a class also we all came up with a list of venues for the fashion show,

• Church
• Debenhams
• Harris museum
• Guild hall
• Browns
• Cocktail factory
• Avenham park
• Fives
• 53degrees
• St Georges shopping centre

Having discussed these locations we have decided that the Harris museum would be the better benefit, and the date arranged for the show is 9th December and we could either have it in the cafe area or the gallery space upstairs. personally I would prefer the gallery space as I think it would have a more exclusive appeal.

The promotions team are thinking about doing a raffle to raise money for the show. 

also thinking about having some sort of entertainment within the fashion show, such as an auction, raffle, dance routine (Fever/ Carol May) or even a flash mob within the show to attract attention. Asking the film and photography students would benefit the show to help publicise the event. 

As I am the model caster I am to think about having 6 male models, a 40+ model and a curvy model to attract a wider audience and appeal more to the public.
