    hi guys, ive been to revs and to forum and both places want to charge £10 an hour to borrow the room. so if anyone has any suggestions on where to hold the casting it wud be appreciated?? preferably free..... :/ xx

      • Ashleigh Chapman I think if we want to and need to get a room for free we will have to use some space at uni...I'm not sure where because I'm not sure of the whole uni spaces, and if there is anything free I don't know maybe we could ask Amanda or jacqui for advice?

      • Terri Dent laura.... ask revs if they will let u use the room for free if in return we will hold an after party in revs? we wud put their name on the tickets and will bring them a lot of custom on that night. worth a shot! if u want me to ask just let me know and ill put something in writting :D

      • Laura Jayne Ward yea its worth a shot, the only problem that they had was the fact that they would have to put on extra staff on for the room we borrow, thats why it costs. but its worth asking about. have you got a letter that i may be able to have, its just that it looks a bit more proffessional that way instead of me just nipping in and trying to arrange it?? be great for the help im struggling to find somewere available and free :/ xx

    okay girlies.... so today we met with Manda :D the harris is such a fab location for us.

    We have decided that all choreographers, all model casters etc (people with same roles) need to work together as a group. just so then the flow of the show will run a lot smoother. this will involve a little more compromise but will result in a greater end result.

    I dont know if you want me to arrange something for each group or if you between yous can just go ahead and sort it out.

    Holly had some great ideas for fundraidsing, being the market whizz she is :D which will be great as the room hire is £300. So we need to crack on with this as soon as possible.

    Also, ellen was saying she would like to go down the route of working alongside the PR group a lot more, being more in charge of art direction.

    I've got a letter which I will hand out to all of the shops we have on our list in Preston. Once shops start to confirm participation i will forward this onto the stylist group.

    Hope this is a bit more helpful!

    Also, can choreographers be free Wednesday afternoon after Amandas session to go down to the harris with her to work out timing etc....

    Hi girls - Just an idea, but should we all make like a little class money collection - say £2.50 then we have money for printing, hiring a room for model casting, clothing, drinks for drinks reception etc! What do you think? X

      • Holly Go Lightly Ashbrook I have no idea either! I suggested that perhaps we should have stayed behind after the session today, but most of the class had already gone. There is certainly a lack of communication between groups and some people just aren't being heard. We need to sit down for an hour or so and let everybody have a say x

    I have made this group for the project, for us all to discuss the show as a whole. We were thinking of organising a class meeting to discuss any issues or any ideas anybody in the class wants to share, as we are only communicating between our groups.
