im trying to get a place so that all models can all get together and then decide who we all want. if the models can walk etc..... get photos and sizes off them for the stylists.... the stylists should get be gettin in a bit more closely with us aswell xx
right ok.... well so far i have (for the save group) 4 confirmed models... so shall i look for two more females and invite them to the model casting and then invite two male models too?
I dont want to have to make the other models that have already confirmed come to a casting as 1. i know they are good and can walk and 2. a few will back out if I make them come for a catsing and one wants travel paid so i dont wanna mess it all up.. Hope thats ok?xx

yea that's ok, as long as you know for definite. where as me, i haven't met a lot of these models before so i just want to make sure. but its brilliant that you have people already. once i have a casting place sorted we shall all get in on the venue. unless any of you two know of anywhere that will let us borrow a room for a few hours?? xx

a few of the models need enough noticed to get time off work and such. im only asking for both days as precaution really in case i mess things up or people dont turn up and all that jazz really xx

and also it will be wise if you could ask the models you have confirmed to come to the casting as all the model casters should really be working together on this. if the models ask for travel expenses speak to the pr team about raising the funds for travel. xx
yep deffo got it.... i will try contact a few more models.. do u have a template i cld email them? lol btw matthew ponde is one of my mates and he txt me today sayin he wld do it but cnt come to the casting... hes a professional model so shld be ok... x

i see what ur saying but i dont think a couple of the ones i asked and who have also confirmed will come to the casting... and if they have to do that they see it as a type of audition... and rly puts them off..... for instance the model annie got back to me and said she wld do it but not if she had to go to a casting as she wld expect to get paid for the event... which i do understand to be fair. She said that she had already been contacted by someone else (im guessing either u or helen) and she just ignored it as you had asked her to go to a casting before the event and plus it was not paid. hmmm so its a tricky one really... coz i know she is good... we dont wanna loose the ones we know are good if u get my drift? xx

i know wot u mean, but i want to see the models. i dont want to get it upto the event and not see them. but if we can come to some sort of compromise as a team me, you danielle and definatly decide who we have for definate for the show.

and obviously to decide in who we want in each team, because now, weve realise weve both asked some of the same people.... so there might be a problem there xx
yeh i know what you mean... at the time when i booked all the models who confirmed i thought we were all working seperatly and it was confusing as to if we double booked etc... stupid rly coz i reckon we shld of all worked together from beggining! anyway so them four models (hazel,lena, rebecca and annie) all confirmed to me that they wld do it.... and i dont feel they will take it very well (espesh since i already confirmed them) to then say 'would u be able to come for a casting?' coz im worried they will just not get back to me and forget whole thing... as a few have to travel as dnt live in preston etc. Do u reckon we cld just find the rest 19 models we need for the casting as a group and just keep these 4 as confimed as i dnt feel its fair to mess them around and they wont be too happy with me :( .... let me know wat u think?xx
