Call Sheet Thursday 9th December

Thursday 9th December, 2010.

Call Sheet: Style Unwrapped


10am: All 3rd year Fashion Promotion with styling students meet in Victoria Building.

10.15am – 12.30pm: All garments steamed. Room needs to be re-arranged for when MUA’s and hair stylists arrive.

12.30pm-1pm: BREAK

1pm: MUA’s, hair stylists and female models arrive. Helpers need to be present in the main entrance of Victoria to meet them and bring them up to the third floor. All models need to be ticked off the model list when they arrive.

1pm-3.30pm: All female models in hair and make-up. The garments we have in Victoria can be tried and fitted on the models they are allocated to.

3.30pm-4pm: BREAK (food and drinks provided for models, MUA’s and hair stylists)

4pm: Male models will arrive. Again, helpers need to be present in the entrance of Victoria and tick them off the list. Male models will go straight to hair and make-up. PR and I need to be at The Harris Museum for when Amanda arrives at 4pm. (Except Claire)

4.30pm-5pm: All models ready and transported to The Harris. All equipment, i.e. steamers etc and bottled water for the models also need to be transported. Everyone needs to be at The Harris for 5pm.

5pm-5.30pm: All stylists need to dress models. PR will set up and decorate the foyer and show area. Lighting and filming will also begin to set-up.

5.30pm-6.45pm: Choreographers will do a run through of the show with all models. Music needs to be set up and ready to play.

7pm: All models back stage and out of view. Last minute touches to hair and make-up.

7pm – 7.15pm: Guests will start to arrive and be greeted and held in the foyer.

7.15pm-7.30pm: Guests will be seated.

7.30pm – 7.45pm: Everyone needs to be ready and in position for the show to commence.

Model Drop Out

unfortunately we have experienced models dropping out of the show so me and jess are going to find replacement models tomorrow but we do have a few in mind and one is from Leeds, but with the weather being snow and ice we cant run the risk of them not being able to make it.

RIGHT THEN.... male models step up, show ur faces and email me.... need one more guy to model in the 'suited' cateogory on Thursday... u will be with 5 other lads and all be wearing suits from Slaters. EMAIL ME NOW ANYONE!! thanks :) x

Meeting 1ST December

Final Confirmation Letter to Models

Hi Guys,

The show is on next Thursday and we will need ALL female models to be at the Victoria Building (on UCLAN campus postcode PR12HE) for 1pm for hair and makeup. ALL male models will need to be at the Victoria Building for 4pm for their hair and makeup.

Female models need to bring/have:
*Nude underwear (bra and thong)
* Black bra
* A pair of plain black heels
*NO nail varnish
*NO fake tan
* No freshly washed hair (easier for hair stylists to work with)
* Bring a belt (low and high waisted if possible)
Male models need to bring/have:
*Black smart shoes
* A belt
* Also NO freshly washed hair if poss

Once all your hair and makeup has been done we will take you down to the Harris museum for about 5.30ish. We will be doing a quick run through of the show when we get down to the Harris. You each have only one outfit to wear (so no changes!)
Also if anyone is allergic to any kind of makeup or hair products etc please let me know before show!

Standing tickets: £3
Seated tickets (with goodie bag): £5
The Lancashire Evening post will be there on the night and we will have a crew filming the event and also many photographers photographing backstage and on the catwalk. So you will receive images for yourself after the show.

Evening post are putting an advertisement in the paper for us to get some publicity, along with the university paper pluto.

Having digital presentations at the harris museum.

selling tickets at the S.U and also the harris museum.

we decided to do raffle on the night as people who donated prizes will know where they are going.

everybody gets 10 tickets to sell.

put model casting poster on the library computers.

clive cant do lighting- university technician to do it at £120- steve cook. free standing spotlights.
